I checked some dates online a few minutes ago and why the dates are not available now?

You may have these dates in your shopping bag (a blue bag, on top right corner of the web page) already. Please open your shopping bag and take a look.

You may have noticed that our website is: https://yongyi.ca, not https://yongyi.ca. The additional “s” after “http” means security. The “https” is only displayed for websites that have SSL security certificates installed.

With the SSL security certificate, the communication between your Internet browser and the web server is encrypted.

We accept credit card online bookings via PayPal and Stripe. Both financial service providers enforce cyber security. Transactions are completed on their server, meaning we have no records of customer’s card information.

Acceptable payment methods: Alipay, PayPal, and major credit cards.

Next to “My Account” in the upper left corner, there is a drop-down menu for switching currencies. You can choose to display RMB, Canadian dollars, or US dollars. The exchange rate between currencies is automatically converted according to the exchange rate provided by Google on the same day.

There are also gasoline and camp charges ($10 to $50 per night). Walmart in North America provides free overnight parking for RVs, although there are no electricity hook-ups. Before planning to stay overnight at Walmart parking lot, contact the store manager in advance.

The condition of the rented vehicle when returning should be the same as when the vehicle was taken, excepting wear and tear. If the interior of the vehicle is not clean, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. The wastes (black and grey water tanks) must be dumped before returning, otherwise a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

Whether it is late pickup or early return, no refund will be issued.

We are happy to make some changes to your current booking, but this change may need to be adjusted based on the rent at the time of the change. If the change request is made less than 30 days (including 30 days) from the pick-up day, then no change is allowed.

It is not allowed to change the name on the reservation. The reservation is not transferable. The guest of the reservation must present the original driving license when picking up the motorhome.

It is both difficult and not difficult. It’s not difficult because you handle motorhomes much like a car, especially the “C“ class which has a van chassis, with power assisted brake and power assisted steering. The difficulty is due to the fact that the size of the motorhome. It is 2.5 m wide and 3.25 m high. When you are driving, you must think “big”. When you are about to go underneath a bridge, think about whether you can go through. Asking your friend to watch out for you when back up. 

If you have just finished a long international flight, don’t pick up the motorhome the same day.

Before departure, we will provide half an hour orientation.

Yes, as long as they are 25 years or older and both provide valid Driver’s licenses.

Can accommodate 5 people. Yongyi Holidays wants you to have an enjoyable and safe vacation experience. We recommend the following:

  • Never exceed the maximum capacity as posted in the actual vehicle you will be using. Maximum capacity includes the vehicle, all fluids, all occupants and their gear.

  • All passengers should use the provided seatbelts. The total number of seatbelts is 7.

  • Child safety seats should be used where applicable. the installation and use of these seats should follow the recommendation of the child seat manufacturer.

  • Overhead areas designed only for sleeping should not be occupied while the vehicle is in motion.

  • The vehicle should be properly secured prior to travel. This includes locking the doors and dead-bolting them where applicable. Stow the entry step and secure the outside compartments.

We ask that you use good judgment and prudence in your decisions.

You are required to comply with applicable law.

110v AC is only required  when using air conditioner and microwave. The refrigerator can use either 110v AC or propane built in the motorhome. Furnace, hot water, and stove are all powered by propane.

Our motorhomes are not equipped with electricity generators.

The customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at rental. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

A partial list of commonly found facilities would include: electric, water, sewer hook-ups, washer, dryer, swimming pool, playground, BBQ pits, on-site convenience store.

Not only can we provide airport pick-up/drop off, but also take customers to grocery stores and drive them to the hotel. Pick them up from the hotel to fetch the motorhome and after returning the motorhome, drop them off to the hotel or airport. We charge $198 for the service. This service can be added when booking online.

If you need kitchenware (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery/utensils), bedding, please select these options when booking online.

Canadian registered motorhomes may enter the US and return to Canada without a problem. There are restrictions for some areas, however. Please contact us for those areas.

The motorhomes are only equipped with a receiver hitch, so you would need to provide your own tow bar. No towing apparatus or hook-up services are provided under any circumstances. Customer must declare intention to tow prior to departure and warrant that towing weight is within 1100 kg. We are not responsible for damage to the towed object or for third- party injury inflicted by the towed object, under any circumstances.

Rental prices, policies and conditions are subject to change without notice. Rentals are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Contract. You may contact us for a copy of the contract.

30 days prior to departure, full refund; between 30 days to 15 days prior to departure, 50% refund; between 14 days to the date of departure, no refund.

Our breakdown assistance provides renters with around-the-clock technical and emergency roadside assistance. Simply call (825) 558-6887 for assistance, and we will connect you to our network of roadside assistance providers, who are ASE-certified technicians.

In the event of a motorhome mechanical breakdown, not because of improper operation, a mobile mechanic will be dispatched to the renter’s location (subject to availability). Yongyi is responsible for all charges related to on-site repairs, including parts and labor costs.
